AVS Video Tools 5.61 is a complete tool for working with videos. It comes with six tools integrated into one: Converter among different formats (AVI, MP4, 3GP, QT, MOV, SWF, VOB, VCD, RM, etc). Video editor (lets you divide fragments, join, delete, edit, rotate, add effects, etc).

DVD Ripper (you can rip DVDs and convert their content directly to video format to be worked on, and capture video signals from digital cameras and other devices). Internal recorder (which records the resulting video directly to DVD, and creates DVD menus, inserts chapters, etc and you can also transfer them to a PSP, iPod, Zune, etc).

Image capturer (obtained directly from the videos you are playing or working on). Graphic retoucher (which lets you optimize the images obtained, and add effects).
